He retired as General Manager of Punjab & Sind Bank and worked in all the fields of the banking industry and also remained head of the Merchant Banking branch of the bank. He created history by winning election of share holder DIRECTOR of the same Bank after retirement. He also worked as Financial Advisor & Director Finance of Punjab State Grains Procurement Corporation of food, civil suppliers and consumer affairs, Punjab. He was instrumental in developing platform for online payment system to the farmers / Arthias through National Payment Corporation of India in Punjab for procurement of food grain for the central pool of Government of India. He has successfully completed the “NISM-Series-V-A: Mutual Fund Distributors Certification Examination” as required under the SEBI.
